About The Job
OffSec is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Field & Partner Marketing Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our regional field events and partner co-marketing programs. You are the project manager who makes sure our brand shows up flawlessly, our partners are engaged, and every event results in a clean list of qualified leads for our sales team.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Logistics
- End-to-End Execution: Lead the logistical planning for in-person, hybrid, and virtual events, including webinars, trade shows, and regional roundtables.
- On-Site Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and contractors. Manage on-site registration, A/V coordination, and booth set-up/tear-down.
- Logistics Coordination: Organize and track the shipment of event materials (signage, collateral, "swag") to and from global locations.
- Partner & Campaign Activation
- Co-Marketing Support: Execute joint marketing activities with OffSec partners , including webinars and co-branded digital campaigns.
- Attendee Journeys: Implement pre-event outreach and post-event nurture sequences to ensure maximum conversion from booth visit to sales meeting.
- Content Alignment: Coordinate with Product Marketing to ensure all event materials reflect current messaging for our Enterprise and products.
- Sales Enablement & Lead Management
- Sales Coordination: Work closely with regional BDRs and Sales reps to ensure they are prepared for events and have the necessary tools for lead capture.
- Lead Processing: Own the post-event lead upload process, ensuring all data is accurately tagged and routed in Salesforce/HubSpot for immediate follow-up.
- Documentation: Maintain organized project plans, "run of show" documents, and event calendars.
- Budget & Performance Tracking
- Expense Tracking: Monitor event spending against the assigned budget, processing invoices and tracking expenses for reconciliation.
- Reporting: Track and report on basic event KPIs, such as total leads generated, cost-per-lead, and attendee engagement levels.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, event management, or partner marketing within the B2B tech or cybersecurity space.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot is essential. Experience with event registration tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) and project management software (e.g., Monday.com or Asana).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate effectively with remote teams and external vendors.
- Attributes: A "solutions-oriented" mindset. You stay calm under pressure and are willing to be "scrappy" to get the job done in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 40% of the time to manage on-site event execution.
