Office Libations is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts as we scale nationally. This is a high-impact role for a creative builder who can establish and own a scalable go-to-market strategy for a growing 3x INC 5000 B2B services company.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for launching Office Libations in new cities (from market research and branding to lead generation tactics). Define our marketing roadmap and budget for multi-city expansion.
Demand Generation: Drive multi-channel lead generation programs to fill the top of funnel in each market. This includes managing SEO/SEM efforts, launching targeted digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), email marketing, content marketing, and direct mail/experiential marketing (e.g. “snack drop” campaigns at scale). Continuously optimize for CAC (cost per acquisition).
Lead Scoring & Nurturing: Implement a lead qualification framework in HubSpot. Develop a lead scoring model to prioritize MQLs, and set up automated nurture campaigns (email drips, remarketing) to engage prospects through our 3-4 month sales cycle. Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team with the right context.
Positioning & Messaging: Refine Office Libations’ brand positioning and value proposition to clearly differentiate us from competitors in the national and regional landscape. Craft compelling messaging and sales collateral that highlights our strengths (e.g. sustainability, flexibility, quality service) versus alternatives. Regularly conduct competitor analysis and update battlecards for the sales team.
Content & PR: Oversee the creation of high-value content (blog articles, case studies, white papers, infographics). Leverage our Inc 5000 story and client success stories for PR opportunities (press releases, speaking at industry forums). Ensure our website and blog continue to rank for key OCS/pantry service keywords in new regions.
Local Marketing & Partnerships: For each new market launch, plan local marketing initiatives – e.g. sponsoring relevant office or HR events, partnering with local business associations or coworking spaces, running city-specific promotions (“Austin Office Snack kickoff – first month free” offers), and obtaining local press coverage. Build referral partnerships (similar to Crafty’s JLL alliance) with commercial real estate firms, office furniture vendors, or workplace consultants who can introduce Office Libations to their clients.
Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team (account executives and any SDRs) to provide tools that improve conversion. This includes pitch decks, proposal templates, ROI calculators, and curated product catalogs. Train the sales team on new messaging and campaigns so they are aligned.
Team Management & Development: Lead and mentor the existing marketing staff. Direct their day-to-day work (e.g. guiding the designer on campaign creatives, coordinating with the developer on website improvements). As we grow, hire and manage additional marketing resources or agencies (for example, a content writer or a PPC agency). Foster a metrics-driven, innovative culture within the marketing team.
Metrics & Reporting: Establish KPIs for marketing (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, CPL, CAC, etc.) and report on these weekly/monthly to the CEO and leadership team. Analyze campaign performance across cities and double down on what works. Use data to inform budget allocation and to iterate on the GTM strategy quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
This role will report directly to the CEO. This role is remote with preference given to candidates in the SF Bay Area, Raleigh, NC area, or other markets. It offers a competitive base salary, performance bonus, benefits, and the opportunity to shape the growth of a fast-growing company in a fun, impactful industry.
