About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who can not only optimize on-site conversion flows but also own the end-to-end customer journey beyond initial conversion. This role will lead website optimization, attribution reporting, and post-conversion remarketing initiatives including email nurture sequences, retargeting ads, and seasonal/multi-channel campaigns.
The ideal candidate will bridge CRO, marketing automation, and remarketing, ensuring that every digital touchpoint website, ads, email, and beyond works in concert to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conversion Strategy & Experimentation
- Define key conversion goals (form fills, demo requests, downloads, event sign-ups).
- Audit user journeys across the website and landing pages to identify friction points.
- Develop and execute data-backed hypotheses to improve user flow and conversion rates.
- Partner with Design and Web Development to rapidly implement test variations and winning experiences.
A/B Testing & Behavioral Analysis
- Design and manage A/B and multivariate tests on CTAs, layouts, copy, and forms.
- Use CRO tools (e.g., VWO, Hotjar, Optimizely, Google Optimize) to test and analyze user behavior.
- Continuously optimize for page speed, mobile usability, and accessibility.
Personalization & Segmentation
- Implement dynamic personalization (e.g., distinct CTAs for first-time vs. repeat visitors).
- Collaborate with Marketing Ops to use CRM and website data for visitor segmentation by intent.
- Create and manage progressive profiling forms to capture richer data over time.
Analytics, Attribution & Reporting
- Monitor CRO performance through Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Select, configure, and manage attribution reporting software to track performance across channels.
- Ensure multi-touch attribution models are properly set up, tested, and continuously refined.
- Define and maintain consistent UTM tracking and campaign attribution for all experiments.
- Build dashboards that tie CRO initiatives to lead quality and downstream outcomes (in partnership with Marketing Ops).
- Provide regular reports on conversion performance, remarketing ROI, and lifecycle metrics.
Funnel Optimization Beyond the Website
- Optimize post-click experiences such as thank-you pages, confirmation flows, and chat integrations.
- Track form abandonment and develop recovery strategies (e.g., retargeting or follow-up sequences).
- Experiment with chatbot flows and instant lead capture integrations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing Ops, CRM, and Paid Media teams to ensure data integrity and accurate tracking across systems.
- Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to align CRO goals with lead quality and pipeline metrics.
- Maintain detailed documentation of experiments, learnings, and implemented changes.

Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
- Strong background in attribution tracking and reporting.
- Proven experience in email marketing automation (welcome series, nurture flows, lead magnets).
- Expertise in audience segmentation and multi-channel remarketing.
- Familiarity with AI/automation tools for campaign management and personalization.
- Analytical mindset with strong testing, data analysis, and reporting skills.
- Experience mapping and executing customer lifecycle campaigns across web, email, and paid media.
