Responsibilities:

• Build high-performance, user-friendly iOS applications from concept to deployment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver new features.
• Ensure code reliability through rigorous unit testing, including edge cases and usability scenarios.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues to enhance stability and improve overall app efficiency.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and incorporate them to improve development workflows and efficiency.
• Monitor and enhance the quality, speed, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot and eliminate performance barriers and coding errors.
• Assist in maintaining high code quality, organised structure, and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand goals and define technical solutions accordingly.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an iOS Developer.
• Proficient with Objective-C or Swift, and Cocoa Touch.
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation and so on.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
• Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards.
• Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
• Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred.
• Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools.
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.

Remuneration: NGN 500,000 (Non-negotiable)
