Senior User Experience Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer with 7-12 years of experience in crafting exceptional user interfaces for digital products and services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in end-to-end interface design, developing design systems, and creating detailed UI style guides. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, brand strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution, ensuring seamless and user-friendly interfaces.
• Design Systems & Style Guides: Develop and manage design systems and UI style guides to maintain brand consistency across digital products.
• Brand & User Research: Conduct brand research, stakeholder interviews, user surveys, and competitor analysis to drive design strategy.
• User-Centered Solutions: Evaluate and refine design solutions to align with business goals, user needs, and project KPIs.
• Collaboration & Consulting: Work closely with developers, copywriters, UX designers, clients, and stakeholders to implement cohesive designs.
• Communication & Influence: Clearly articulate design ideas and exert influence on both internal and external teams for effective collaboration.
• Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
• Autonomy & Problem-Solving: Exhibit strong decision-making skills, working independently while meeting project objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• 7-12 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products and services.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong expertise in UI/UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
• Proven ability to work with existing design systems and develop new ones from scratch.
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to create detailed design documentation, ensuring seamless developer handoff.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Preferred:

• Experience in design storytelling, presenting design solutions, and influencing stakeholders.
• A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and an analytical approach.
• Formal education in design (Degree/Diploma) from a reputed institution.
