Our healthcare client based in Los Angeles, CA is actively seeking a Technical Product Manager to serve as the bridge between IT and HR, driving the strategic alignment of technology with HR business objectives, blending technical expertise with business acumen to support existing systems (Workday, Kronos, HealthStream), projects and IT initiatives within the HR domain.
Candidates must be able to work and support Pacific time zone.
Requirements -
- Must have 5 years of experience working in a healthcare setting
- Must have 5 years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on configuring and supporting HRIS systems, with a strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
Responsibilities -
Digital HR Product & Solution Leadership
- Oversee the development and delivery of digital HR and analytics applications to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions (implementation, re-engineering or re-design of Scheduling / Timekeeping, Credential Tracking & Management, Identity Management applications.
- Identify opportunities for new products and enhancements through collaboration with internal partners.
- Evaluate industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that support organizational goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with leaders across clinical, research, and business functions to ensure strong participation and alignment in digital initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise leadership to support data-driven decision making.
- Deliver presentations and updates to large audiences and senior leadership.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of developers, engineers, analysts, and integration specialists.
- Provide guidance through direct leadership, influence, and coaching to support professional growth and high performance.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Vendor & Project Support
- Lead application selection and RFP processes in partnership with procurement.
- Work closely with the PMO to define benchmarks, plans, and financial models for digital initiatives.
- Support evaluation and prioritization of projects impacting digital applications and integration.
