Marketing Operations Manager

As Marketing Operations Manager, you'll help build the systems that support everything from demand gen to brand awareness. What you'll do

• Own the marketing tech stack — with a focus on HubSpot setup, workflows, lead scoring, and automation
• Manage and optimize our websites, ensuring they’re fast, functional, and conversion-friendly
• Build and maintain dashboards to track marketing performance, campaign ROI, and funnel health
• Support the team with data-driven insights that guide strategy and execution
• Run A/B tests and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments to improve the marketing funnel
• Partner with Brand, Content, and Commercial teams to connect tactics with outcomes

About you

• You’re a process-driven marketer who thrives on structure, clarity, and measurable results
• You’ve managed marketing operations in high-growth or multi-brand environments
• You’re confident in HubSpot — from building automations to maintaining CRM hygiene
• You’ve worked on websites (ideally CMS-based) and understand the basics of SEO and CRO
• You love dashboards, but more importantly, you know how to turn data into decisions
• You have senior-level experience, typically 5+ years in marketing ops, growth marketing, or a similar role
