We’re one of the fastest-growing social commerce agencies — and we’re looking for a TikTok Shop Account Manager to lead strategy, performance, and day-to-day execution across a portfolio of top DTC brands.
You’ll oversee 5-8 clients, collaborating closely with our internal team across ads, affiliates, and Shop operations. Your job is to make sure campaigns are running smoothly, client goals are being hit, and nothing slips through the cracks.
This isn’t a task-doer role. It’s for someone who knows how to own outcomes and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day success across 5–8 TikTok Shop client accounts
• Coordinate reporting, strategy, and execution across ads, affiliate, and Shop workflows
• Hold team members accountable to deadlines, SOPs, and quality standards
• Deliver proactive, insight-driven updates via Slack, email, and client calls
• Identify and resolve quality or performance issues early
• Play a light role in creative and affiliate campaign planning
• Ensure internal processes are followed
