As a Client-facing Senior Analyst, You Will Work With a Variety Of Clients And Internal Teams To Develop Data And Analytics-based Solutions. The Scope Of This Work Can Depend On The Specific Question Being Asked, Where The Process Kicks Off With An RFP, Question From An Existing Client, Or Internal Team With a Core Question Or Problem To Solve, Including But Not Limited To
Once these questions are asked, our Data Strategy team actively collaborates with the involved collaborators (clients, internal teams, vendors, etc.) to design and implement a solution from start to finish. A measurement project may call for a custom database and dashboard whereas other asks may involve any mix of automated reporting, strategic consulting, or a statistical model to analyze performance. Our work constantly evolves, but data always remains at the core and the ability to problem-solve and collaborate with others is crucial.
THE WORK YOU’LL DO
Client Consulting and Collaboration
Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand the problem at hand, and how data can be used to design a solution.
Manage expectations and deadlines with stakeholders on projects.
Proactively problem-solve as unexpected issues arise
Build relationships with key stakeholders to better understand their business objectives and how we can create solutions to enhance those
Technical Data Analytics
Build comprehensive dashboards and reports for use both internally and with clients
Help the manager and other members of the team build a clear, story-driven presentation of model results
Acquire, cleanse, transform, and verify data from first, second, and third-party data sources
Interpret data, analyze results, and identify trends using statistical techniques and provide ongoing insights/measurement reports
Ensure data quality & hygiene
Extract, transform, and load large data sets
Collaborate closely with key internal SMEs to verify data integrity, model accuracy, and seek input for client presentations
Evaluate and refine processes for continued efficiency improvements

Who We’re Looking For
The base range for this position is $70,000 – 80,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications
