Growth Marketing Manager

Are you a strategic marketer with a knack for sales and a passion for growing companies? Oclinicals is looking for a Marketing & Growth Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive new client acquisition across the healthcare space.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and execute our marketing strategy (social, email, paid, organic)

• Create and manage lead generation campaigns

• Build marketing funnels to attract and convert potential clients

• Manage branding, messaging, and content strategy

• Identify new client opportunities and work closely with leadership to close deals

• Represent Oclinicals in outreach efforts, events, and prospect meetings

• What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong sales/growth component

• Experience in healthcare, B2B, or remote service industries is a plus

• Excellent English communication (spoken and written)

• Confident with tools like HubSpot, Canva, LinkedIn Ads, and email platforms

• Self-starter attitude with results-driven mindset

• Based in LATAM preferred, but remote candidates welcome
