We're hiring a Marketing Specialist to help execute high-impact paid marketing initiatives, from digital ads and event sponsorships to media partnerships and podcasts. In this role, you'll coordinate logistics, manage deliverables, and support campaign set-up and tracking to ensure our marketing runs smoothly and effectively. This is a hands-on, operations-focused role within our Support Team, ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and curious about how paid marketing really works.

You'll work closely with the Marketing team and external partners and vendors. You'll also collaborate with Sales and the other stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and data integrity.
Skills & Qualifications

As a Marketing Specialist, your vertical focus will be paid acquisition, while your horizontal focus will span research, campaign management, and cross-functional coordination.
To excel in this role, you should have:
Experience: 2-3 years in marketing operations or campaign execution
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Language Skills: Professional fluency in English, with strong communication skills
Technical Fluency:
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data handling and reporting
Familiarity with paid media platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and X
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is a strong advantage
Soft Skills:
Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
Able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines with composure
Strong collaborator and problem-solver with a proactive mindset

Role Specifications
This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client's time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
