We're hiring a Product-led-Growth (PLG) Marketing Manager to partner with a fast-growing global intelligence company. With strong product-market fit, profitability, and a rapidly scaling platform, this role is central to driving customer conversion, retention, and upsell opportunities through in-product engagement and optimization.
In this role, you'll monitor user behavior, create targeted messaging, optimize freemium conversion funnels, and collaborate with product and customer success teams to improve adoption and retention. If you're a data-driven marketer with experience in SaaS and PLG strategies—and you thrive in cross-functional, growth-focused environments—this opportunity is designed for you.
Accountability
As a PLG Marketing Manager, your success will be defined by your ability to optimize product-led growth initiatives, reduce churn, and increase lifetime value through data-driven experimentation. You'll combine insights from user behavior with targeted messaging and funnel optimization to ensure seamless transitions from freemium to paid and maximize engagement.

You'll collaborate closely with the client's Chief Marketing Officer and the Chief Product and Technology Officer.

Role Specifications
This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client's time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
