Description

Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports ObjectiveHealth’s business goals and growth initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role will lead the planning, creation, and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, support business development, and drive engagement across key stakeholders including providers, patients, sponsors, and partners.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability, experienced in healthcare or clinical research marketing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with ObjectiveHealth’s business strategy, growth targets, and commercial priorities.
  • Translate corporate objectives into actionable marketing initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Conduct and oversee market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Provide data-driven insights to guide commercial strategy and positioning.
  • Lead content creation for digital, print, and presentation materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic goals.
  • Oversee messaging consistency across campaigns, proposals, social media, and website content.
  • Manage digital strategy including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media presence.
  • Leverage analytics to track, measure, and optimize performance of digital campaigns.
  • Lead cross-functional marketing projects from concept through execution and measurement.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver campaigns on schedule and within budget.
  • Partner with Commercial, Operations, Clinical, and HR teams to support business development, patient recruitment, and employee branding initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on marketing best practices.
  • Apply understanding of clinical trials, healthcare industry dynamics, and medical terminology in communications and campaigns.
  • Ensure marketing practices comply with regulatory, ethical, and privacy standards (HIPAA, FDA, GCP, etc.).
  • Stay ahead of evolving marketing tools, healthcare technologies, and communication channels.
  • Proactively adjust strategies to meet emerging business needs and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5 years of progressive marketing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare, life sciences, or clinical research industries preferred.
  • Proven ability to create and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Expertise in market research, content development, and digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Collaborative leadership style with ability to influence across teams and departments.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical trial processes strongly desired.
  • Understanding of regulatory and ethical considerations in healthcare marketing.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
