Obinex is the first fully gamified centralized exchange (CEX), where finance meets game mechanics and NFT-powered experiences. We’re building the platform that will transform how millions of users interact with trading, staking, and digital economies.

Our MVP is already in development, and we have a global team of engineers, product managers, and marketers. Now we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to take our user experience to a world-class level.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with strategic vision and hands-on execution skills who will:

• Design seamless, engaging, and scalable experiences across our core products (trading, gamified staking, NFT marketplace).
• Collaborate directly with the CEO, Product Managers, and Engineers to define and deliver product design.
• Build and scale our Design System from scratch.
• Think in terms of UX/UI, motion, interaction, and gamification.
• Grow into a design leadership role as we scale the team.

What will you do?

• Turn complex fintech concepts into intuitive user interfaces.
• Design core flows: onboarding, customizable dashboards, order book, gamified staking pools.
• Deliver wireframes, prototypes, and developer-ready assets.
• Define Obinex’s design culture and global quality standards.
• Contribute directly to the long-term product and UX vision.

What will you bring?

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design (ideally fintech, SaaS, or Web3).
• Strong portfolio with end-to-end product design case studies.
• Startup or high-growth environment experience.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Product mindset: not just interface design.
• Native or professional English.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in exchanges, fintech, DeFi, or NFT platforms.
• Experience leading design teams.
