What is Obinex?

Obinex is a Pre-Seed stage Startup on a mission to develop a Centralized exchange and a Blockchain

platform, both from scratch, utilizing gamification techniques and token yield to facilitate the adoption of a

secure, centralized economy in the decentralized ecosystem. As we are in a very early stage, the equity

offering is the only part of the compensation until we are funded (2 to 3 months).

Job Summary:

We are looking for a high-level Web3 UI Visual Designer to craft a visually stunning, intuitive, and modern UI for our CEX platform. The ideal candidate has expertise in color blending, typography, and UI aesthetics, ensuring a premium user experience for crypto traders and investors. This role requires deep knowledge of crypto exchange design, trading dashboards, and DeFi integrations, along with the ability to create scalable design systems.

What You’ll Do:

• UI Design & Aesthetics: Create sophisticated, visually appealing interfaces that balance aesthetics and functionality.
• Color Theory & Typography: Design with a strong emphasis on color harmony, contrast, and readability.
• Crypto Exchange UI: Develop intuitive dashboards, trading views, order books, and DeFi-related features.
• Design Systems & Components: Build a scalable and reusable UI component library for a consistent experience.
• Micro-Interactions & Motion Design: Enhance user experience with smooth transitions, animations, and hover effects.
• Collaboration with Developers & Product Teams: Work closely with engineers to ensure design implementation aligns with the intended vision.
• Dark Mode & Accessibility: Optimize UI for both dark and light modes while ensuring usability for all users.
• Web3 UX Principles: Design seamless wallet integrations, token transactions, and user flows tailored for crypto traders.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience as a UI Visual Designer in FinTech, crypto exchanges, or blockchain-related products.
• Expertise in color blending, visual hierarchy, typography, and high-end aesthetics.
• Mastery of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other UI/UX tools.
• Strong understanding of CEX/DeFi platforms, token swaps, staking interfaces, and trading dashboards.
• Experience with designing data-heavy interfaces, such as charts, analytics, and order books.
• Familiarity with Web3 principles, smart contracts, wallets, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Ability to work in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments with agility and adaptability.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
