Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled, independent Senior SEO Specialist to take full ownership of our SEO strategy, website optimization, content creation, and Google Maps listings. Since we are a startup with a lean team, you’ll be responsible for handling everything related to SEO, WordPress management, and AI-powered content creation.

Key Responsibilities

✅ End-to-End SEO Strategy & Execution

Develop, implement, and optimize SEO strategies for clients and Oastreck.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and full SEO audits.
Optimize websites for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

✅ WordPress & Website Management

Manage and optimize WordPress & Elementor websites for SEO and performance.
Troubleshoot technical SEO issues (crawling, indexing, site speed, etc.).
Ensure websites are secure, mobile-optimized, and user-friendly.

✅ AI-Generated EEAT Content & Blogging

Use ChatGPT and AI tools to create high-quality, EEAT-compliant content that ranks.
Optimize blog posts, landing pages, and service pages for SEO.
Develop a content strategy that aligns with search intent and business goals.

✅ Google Maps & Local SEO

Optimize Google My Business (GMB) and local citations for clients & Oastreck.
Improve NAP consistency, manage local listings, and enhance Google Maps rankings.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews to maintain a strong reputation.

✅ SEO Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

Use Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz to track SEO performance.
Generate reports with key insights, rankings, and growth strategies.
Adjust SEO strategy based on data-driven decisions.

Who You Are

✔ 3-5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency or startup.

✔ Hands-on experience with WordPress & Elementor.

✔ Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

✔ Ability to write, optimize, and automate EEAT content using ChatGPT & AI tools.

✔ Familiarity with Google Maps SEO & local business listings.

✔ Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).

✔ Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for technical SEO fixes.

✔ Self-motivated and able to work independently in a startup environment.
