About the Role
We are looking for a UI Designer to own the end-to-end design of our subscription-based mobile applications. You will be responsible for designing onboarding flows, paywalls, core product experiences, and store assets that help users discover value, engage with our products, and subscribe.
Working closely with Product Managers and Developers, you will create intuitive user journeys, contribute to experimentation efforts, and help improve both product and store conversion performance through thoughtful, data-informed design.
Responsibilities
- Design onboarding flows, paywalls, core product experiences, screenshots, and app icons.
- Create frictionless user journeys that improve user engagement and subscription conversion.
- Maintain consistency across products through scalable design systems.
- Deliver high-quality Figma files and developer-ready handoffs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers on requirements, hypotheses, and experiment designs.
- Design and iterate on A/B test variations for onboarding, paywalls, and conversion flows.
- Support App Store and Google Play optimization through effective visual assets.
- Conduct competitor research and leverage market insights to inform design decisions.
- Balance aesthetics, usability, and business goals while following responsible design principles.
- Stay up to date with platform guidelines, design trends, growth design practices, and AI-powered workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.
- Solid understanding of mobile UI and interaction design principles.
- Experience designing onboarding flows, paywalls, and conversion-focused user experiences.
- Strong visual design, typography, and layout skills.
- Ability to create and maintain scalable design systems.
- Experience collaborating effectively with Product Managers and Developers.
- Data-informed mindset with an interest in experimentation, A/B testing, and optimization.
- Experience creating App Store / Google Play assets such as screenshots and icons.
- Understanding of conversion optimization and user behavior principles.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve design productivity and workflows.
- Confident communication in English.
