Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our marketing activities, from engaging with customers to managing our social media presence. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a skilled communicator, and experienced in SaaS marketing in the MENA region. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling content, building relationships with customers, and effectively showcasing our product through demos.

Qualifications

Create, plan, and post engaging content across our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Manage and grow our social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging
Communicate directly with customers to gather feedback, answer questions, and foster strong relationships
Conduct live or recorded product demos, effectively explaining our SaaS solutions to potential customers and partners
Work independently to plan and execute marketing campaigns with measurable results
Collaborate with the team to refine marketing strategies based on performance data and market trends
Stay up-to-date with SaaS and digital marketing trends in Egypt and the MENA region

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing SaaS products, ideally within the MENA region
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Arabic and English
Strong track record of creating engaging social media content and growing audiences
Confident in presenting and demoing products to customers and stakeholders
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without constant supervision
Knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and basic design/video editing skills is a plus
