Senior Graphic Designer

Role Overview :

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and a keen eye for detail, with experience working across multiple channels such as web, social media, marketing, branding, logo design, packaging, retail, and art direction. This role will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Social Media, and Shoot & Production teams to create visually appealing and effective designs that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Web Design: Create and maintain visually engaging web content for Beauty, Nykaa Fashion, and their respective sub-brands.
• Social Media: Design compelling graphics for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with Nykaa’s brand identity and tone.
• Marketing & Branding: Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, including email templates, banners, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Logo Design: Conceptualize and design logos for new products and sub-brands, maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
• Packaging Design: Design innovative and attractive packaging for Nykaa’s products, considering both aesthetics and functionality.
• Retail Design: Create graphics for in-store displays, signage, and promotional materials to enhance the retail experience.
• Art Direction: Provide art direction and creative input for photoshoots, video shoots, and other multimedia projects.

Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experiesnce in graphic design, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries/brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creative solutions.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
