NxtQube is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, clean, and highly functional user interfaces for our next-generation drone software platforms.

We are seeking someone with experience designing data-intensive applications, capable of transforming complex, high-volume datasets into simple, user-friendly, and visually engaging interfaces.

About Us:

We are a startup company leading in drone port systems that enable autonomous drone operations with remote access control.

At AeroGravity (NxtQube), we have developed a state-of-the-art universal drone-in-a-box solution that can automate drone operations for repetitive tasks such as surveillance, monitoring, and logistics applications for enterprises.

We're a fast-paced, innovative team passionate about creating delightful user experiences, and we're looking for a budding UI/UX designer to join our journey and grow with us.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and modern UI for desktop and web applications.
• Convert complex workflows and large datasets into clear, actionable user experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers.
• Maintain consistency through design systems and reusable UI components.
• Conduct user research and iterate designs based on feedback.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing dashboards, analytics platforms, enterprise software, or data-driven applications.
• Expertise in Figma (or similar design tools).
• Strong understanding of information architecture, visual hierarchy, usability, and interaction design.
• Experience designing dashboards, maps, monitoring systems, or real-time data visualization is a strong advantage.
• Ability to simplify complex technical information into intuitive user experiences.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience working with drone software, robotics, GIS, defense, industrial automation, or IoT platforms.
• Knowledge of design systems, accessibility, and front-end development principles.
