Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing Expert
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Expert to spearhead our lead generation efforts. Your primary mission will be to generate a significant volume of high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for our premium coaching program, primarily utilizing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display, PMax). This is a critical role where you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of large-scale paid advertising campaigns designed to attract and convert ideal clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies focused on generating SQLs at scale for a high-ticket offering.
Campaign Management: Own the end-to-end setup, management, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
Lead Funnel Optimization: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize the entire lead generation funnel, from ad creative and copy to landing pages and lead qualification processes.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate significant advertising budgets effectively across channels, ensuring optimal performance against key metrics like Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and SQL targets.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data using platforms like Google Analytics 4 and native ad platform reporting, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and regular performance reports.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Implement rigorous A/B testing methodologies for creatives, copy, targeting, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign performance and lead quality.
Scaling: Identify opportunities and implement strategies to effectively scale successful campaigns while maintaining lead quality and cost-efficiency.
Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing, particularly within the lead generation space for high-value services.
Qualifications & Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing roles with a strong focus on lead generation.
Proven, demonstrable track record of successfully generating qualified leads (ideally for high-ticket services, info products, or B2C consulting) at scale using Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Deep expertise and hands-on proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (including Search, YouTube, Display, Performance Max).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics 4, spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets). Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets (min. INR 20k monthly).
Solid understanding of lead generation funnels, lead scoring/qualification, and key metrics (CPL, CPA, SQL rates, conversion rates).
Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
