We are looking for a creative and independent Networking Co-packaged optics Manufacturing Test Engineer. What You'll Be Doing

Coordinate R&D and mass production activities with Eng/Planning/Operations/ OSAT stakeholders
“Boots on the ground” owner at OSAT,Driving factory key performance metrics measurement
Sustain test program performance and drive roadmap improvement with Test engineering
Sustain HW performance and drive troubleshooting with equipment engineering.
Manage the manufacturing, engineering and quality issues on the production line Leading root cause analysis and corrective action on production issues
Identify and fix manufacturing problems Identifying process, material, HW and test program issues.
This role requires the employee to be stationed in Taichung on a long-term basis due to project and operational needs.

What We Need To See

Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Bachelor Degree experience in Mechanical/Electrical/Material Engineering or equivalent Optics background is an advantage.
10+ years test or product engineering experience Background with IC test manufacture proces.
Familiar with IC / CPO manufacturing hardware and software
Background with data analysis and test yield improvement Experience with production management.
Self-motivated and able to work effectively across different functional teams and subcontractors Good communication and organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving
