As a Data Analyst, you will be working closely with a team, designers, a program manager, and engineers in an Agile environment. You are also responsible for developing data reports, gathering data, and supporting data integrations for the team. Collaborate with the engineering team to support workflows and application systems

_In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Nuvitek's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.

_What you will do:

• Lead data discovery and requirements gathering across systems and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain enterprise data dictionaries, such as definitions, lineage, ownership, and standards
• Analyze and map data across multiple systems to ensure consistency and interoperability
• Define data models, schemas, and data standards to support reporting and workflows
• Translate business needs into data requirements, mappings, and transformation logic
• Design and support data pipelines and integrations across platforms
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support operational and executive decision-making
• Ensure data quality, validation rules, and governance standards are implemented
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data with workflow and application systems
• Support documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria for data-related features

What you will bring:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics in an agile environment
• Strong experience creating and managing data dictionaries and data standards
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts
• Experience with data integration, ETL pipelines, and data mapping
• Experience building BI dashboards such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical data requirements
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience working with multiple systems and large datasets

It would be great if you also had:

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Experience in federal or regulated environments
