Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads + Google Ads)

NutraONE is a fast-growing health and wellness supplement brand serving customers across the UAE. We’re in growth mode, and our ad accounts are our engine. We’re now looking for someone who can take that engine and make it run faster, smarter and more profitably.

The Role

This isn’t a “boost posts and send weekly screenshots” job. We want a performance marketer who thinks in ROAS, CPA and profit, not just clicks and impressions.

You’ll own our paid acquisition, with Meta Ads as your primary battlefield and Google Ads as your second front. You’ll launch, test, scale and optimize campaigns that turn ad spend into real, profitable orders.

What You’ll Do

• Own Meta Ads end-to-end: strategy, account structure, audiences, creative testing, scaling and daily optimization
• Run and manage Google Ads: Search, Shopping/Performance Max and remarketing campaigns
• Build a creative testing system: find winning hooks, angles and formats fast, and kill losers faster
• Scale winners profitably: know when to push budget, when to hold and when to cut
• Track what matters: ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, AOV and contribution margin, not vanity metrics
• Work closely with our creative team to brief new ads based on data
• Keep tracking clean: Pixel, Conversions API, GA4 and Google conversion tracking
• Report clearly: what’s working, what’s not and what you’re doing next

What You Must Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience with a proven track record of managing significant monthly budgets
• Mandatory Google Ads experience: you’ve run real campaigns and managed real spend on Google, not just studied it
• Deep understanding of the e-commerce funnel, from first click to purchase
• Strong command of campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience building and scaling methods
• Comfort with data: you read numbers and turn them into decisions
• Working knowledge of Shopify, Meta Pixel/CAPI and GA4
• Self-driven, accountable and able to deliver results while working remotely

What Will Put You Ahead (Plus Points)

• Experience running ads for supplements, nutraceuticals, skincare or health & beauty brands
• Experience running ads for the UAE / GCC market
• Strong creative sense: you know what makes a scroll-stopping ad
