Nutrafine Health is looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales & Marketing Agent to lead its expansion into the German market. This role is crucial in establishing Nutrafine Health’s presence in one of Europe’s largest and most health-conscious economies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the German nutraceutical industry, regulatory landscape, and distribution networks, along with a proven ability to drive sales and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to introduce Nutrafine Health’s products to key retail and distribution channels across Germany.
- Sales Growth: Secure and grow sales through pharmacies, health stores, e-commerce platforms, and major retail chains.
- Retail & Distribution Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, independent health stores, and national retailers to maximize market reach.
- Brand Representation: Represent Nutrafine Health at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings, showcasing the brand’s values and innovative product portfolio.
- Localized Marketing Support: Work closely with Nutrafine Health’s marketing team to develop and execute market-specific campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Market Insights & Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, performance analysis, and competitor insights to Nutrafine Health’s headquarters to optimize business strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a sales agent, distributor, or business development professional in the nutraceutical, dietary supplement, or health and wellness sector.
- Strong understanding of the German market, including consumer trends and distribution networks.
- Established network with major retailers, wholesalers, and e-commerce platforms in Germany.
- Familiarity with German and EU regulatory standards (e.g., BfR, EFSA) for dietary supplements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-motivated, results-driven approach.
- Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
