POSITION SUMMARY
Nurp is seeking a performance-driven SEO/Content Marketing & AI Optimization Specialist to supercharge our organic discoverability across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and others.
This role combines strategic content marketing with innovative AI SEO to ensure Nurp achieves high rankings on search engines and in generative AI results. You will be responsible for leading initiatives to attract, engage, and convert high intent audiences using intelligent content and advanced optimization strategies.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, content audits, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Improve domain authority and search visibility through robust on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Plan and produce SEO-rich content, including blogs, whitepapers, landing pages, and case studies, to attract and convert high-intent traffic.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and subject matter experts to ensure content quality and messaging consistency.
- Structure content for visibility across AI search platforms and voice assistants like ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, and Claude.
- Apply NLP techniques and AI-specific prompt structuring to enhance content discoverability in generative AI tools.
- Optimize full-funnel content to convert SEO and AI-driven traffic into qualified inbound leads.
- Ensure alignment between organic strategy, paid performance campaigns, and lead nurturing flows.
- Track key performance metrics such as organic traffic, SERP rankings, bounce rates, backlinks, and AI visibility.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and AI dashboards to inform and guide continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to integrate SEO and content strategies into broader business goals.
- Provide insights from search and AI trends to inform campaign planning and support brand positioning efforts.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.

- Understanding AI models and structuring content for improved prompt visibility and AI search.

- Ability to translate SEO strategy for non-technical teams and align cross-functionally.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field. (Preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO and content marketing experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or tech.
- 2+ years of experience optimizing content for AI platforms, including NLP and AI prompt structuring. (required)
- Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, and generative AI tools. (required)
- Relevant certifications such as HubSpot Content Marketing, Google SEO/Analytics, or NLP/AI SEO are a plus.
