About The Role

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving Numeracle’s digital growth strategy through website optimization, SEO and AEO initiatives, digital advertising strategy, campaign performance analysis, and lead generation programs. This role requires a proactive, forward-thinking digital marketer who combines creative strategy, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to expand Numeracle’s visibility and engagement across digital channels and drive new revenue opportunities.

Success in this role requires proficiency in managing and optimizing HubSpot as Numeracle’s marketing automation and reporting hub, ensuring seamless data accuracy, campaign tracking, and integration with Salesforce. Describe the role and team the candidate will be joining

What You'll Do

  • Drive company growth through owned and earned digital channels, focusing on website optimization, SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), keyword and content performance.
  • Manage and continuously improve Numeracle’s web presence with a conversion-focused UX strategy, ensuring pages are optimized for both search engines and large language models (LLMs) to increase visibility across emerging AI-driven platforms.
  • Manage and optimize Numeracle’s HubSpot environment, including configuration, dashboard and report creation, list setup, user management, and maintenance of data integrity between HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital campaigns, website traffic, and lead generation activities, analyzing ROI by campaign and providing actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates and funnel efficiency.
  • Proactively research and evaluate emerging tools, technologies, and trends that enhance automation, analytics, and marketing performance.
  • Uphold Numeracle’s brand voice, positioning, and culture of trust and transparency in all marketing efforts.

Team Focus

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Development Representative(s) and sales team to align campaigns, lead management, and reporting with pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Partner with the Director of Content & Brand to ensure cohesive messaging and optimized content delivery across digital channels, providing feedback and strategic input on web and digital ad layouts to align with brand standards, user experience best practices, and campaign performance goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and leadership on high-priority projects that contribute to data interpretation, brand growth, optimization techniques, and market differentiation.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within B2B, technology, telecom, or SaaS industries.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, including dashboard and report creation, workflow automation, list segmentation, user administration, and managing integrations.
  • Experience managing CRM and marketing automation ecosystems, ensuring seamless data flow between HubSpot and Salesforce, optimizing lead routing, campaign tracking, and attribution visibility.
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.) to evaluate campaign and SEO performance.
  • Familiarity with AI search analytics and schema testing tools supporting AEO and LLM content visibility.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for design and detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite a bonus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
