About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing product team. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and prototyping. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to craft seamless and engaging user experiences for our digital travel and hospitality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

User-Centered Design & Research

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions.
• Translate insights into user personas, journey maps, and wireframes.
• Validate design hypotheses with A/B testing and iterative design methodologies.

UI/UX Design & Prototyping

• Design and prototype responsive web and mobile experiences.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across products.

Collaboration & Product Development

• Work closely with product managers to define features and user flows.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
• Advocate for user-centric design in product and business decisions.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in SaaS, travel tech, or e-commerce.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Experience with design systems and component-based design.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end principles (coding skills not required but a plus).
• Knowledge of user research methods and data-driven design processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple projects in an agile environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with B2B travel or hospitality platforms.
• Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions.
• Basic knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards.
