Title: Project Manager (AI Automation)
W2 Contract: 6 Months

Role Summary
- As a Project Manager within the Talent Technology organization, you will play a critical role in both establishing and operating the delivery model for Emerging Tech initiatives, including AI, automation, and RPA across the Talent and HR ecosystem.
- This role is intentionally phased. In the initial stage, the Project Manager will partner closely with Emerging Tech leadership to build the delivery engine, including intake mechanics, pilot lifecycle stages, governance artifacts, and execution cadence. As the model stabilizes, the role transitions into full ownership of operating and scaling that engine.
- This role operates in a live pilot environment, requiring the Project Manager to establish structure, governance, and cadence in parallel with active delivery.

Required Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of project or program management experience across complex, crossfunctional initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or formative environments, including standing up new processes or delivery models.
- Experience supporting initiatives involving AI, automation, RPA, or emerging technologies (delivery and governance perspective; handson development not required).
- Proven ability to drive execution and influence outcomes without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- HR or Talent Technology domain experience (e.g., Talent, HR Operations, HR Technology), helpful for context but not required.
- Experience operating in enterprise technology environments with complex governance, crossfunctional dependencies, and shared tooling ecosystems.
- Experience supporting change management and transitions to operational ownership.
- PMP or similar certification.
