The Opportunity
This fulfilling role provides vital administrative support to the Rural and Regional Health Service Manager, New England Northwest. While the Service Manager is currently based in Tenterfield, the primary location for this position is flexible and can be negotiated across the New England Northwest region, including but not limited to Moree, Narrabri, Glen Innes, and Inverell.

Although the role requires a level of autonomy, you’ll feel the unwavering support, with readily available advice and guidance of the Service Manager, senior staff and other executive assistants across the district.
What does the Role look like?
From managing busy schedules to organising meetings, handling correspondence, collecting data, and drafting reports, you will play a central role in our operations and supporting the Service Manager oversee our Health Facilities.
You will have the chance to collaborate with our wider team, enhance your skills, and contribute to our overall healthcare goals. While providing administrative support you will work with minimal supervision, prioritising and managing workflow to ensure tasks and projects are completed based on urgency. You will handle inquiries professionally ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
