Marketing Specialist
Location: California/Remote work
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist/Manager to drive our marketing efforts across the US. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the consumer electronics and IT industry, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Collaborate closely with the headquarters Marketing team to localize and adapt global brand strategies and campaigns for the US market.
-Act as the key liaison between the US market and the headquarters Marketing team, ensuring effective communication and alignment on brand initiatives.
-Gather and analyze local market insights, customer feedback, and team needs, and provide timely and actionable feedback.
-Manage the localization of marketing materials, including digital content, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
-Plan and execute regional marketing activities, such as events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
-Monitor and report on the performance of localized campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
-Ensure all localized marketing efforts are consistent with the global brand voice and messaging.
-Develop and implement localized marketing strategies to promote our products across the US, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the NAS (Storage industry), Consumer Electronics or Computer IOT industry.
-Proven experience in US markets, with a strong understanding of regional consumer behavior and market dynamics.
-Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and analytics.
-Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
-Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
