Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Product Designer with strong expertise in designing SaaS and enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of UX principles, workflow-driven systems, and scalable product experiences, along with hands-on experience creating intuitive and implementation-friendly designs for complex business applications.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to design modern, user-centric digital experiences that simplify operational workflows and enhance usability.

Key Responsibilities Product & UX Design

• Design intuitive and scalable user experiences for SaaS and enterprise applications
• Translate complex business requirements and workflows into user-centered product experiences
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Design dashboards, onboarding flows, operational workflows, and role-based user experiences

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, design reviews, and iterative feedback cycles
• Work with frontend teams to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff and implementation accuracy

Design Systems & Usability

• Maintain consistency through component-based design systems and reusable UI patterns
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and scalable across devices and screen sizes
• Continuously improve usability and workflow efficiency through user-focused design decisions

Innovation & Trends

• Stay updated with modern UX trends, SaaS product patterns, and AI-assisted experiences
• Contribute ideas for improving product usability, engagement, and visual consistency

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design / UX Design for SaaS or enterprise applications

• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and workflow optimization

• Experience designing dashboard-heavy, operational, or process-driven applications

• Hands-on experience with:

• User Flows

• Wireframing

• Prototyping

• Usability Improvements

• Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams

• Ability to simplify complex workflows and business processes into intuitive user experiences

• Understanding of frontend implementation feasibility and scalable UI behavior
