About Us

We provide a restaurant POS platform that simplifies billing, inventory, and customer management. We’re hiring a fresher to join our remote team and help us connect with restaurant owners across Nepal.

What You’ll Do

Give Product Demos: Conduct engaging screen-share demos of our POS software to restaurant owners, answer basic queries, and log feedback.

Handle Customer Queries: Be the first point of contact on chat, email, and occasional calls—assist with setup questions and guide trial users.

Run Digital Marketing: Create and schedule social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp); write simple content using Canva; manage comments and messages.

Share Insights: Pass on customer pain points and feature requests to the product team.

What We’re Looking For

• Fresher with strong communication skills in Nepali/English.
• Comfortable navigating new software and explaining it in simple terms.
• Patient, friendly, and comfortable on video calls.
• Basic know-how of social media, content creation, and email marketing.
• Self-motivated with a quiet home setup: laptop, reliable internet, webcam.

Qualification

Any bachelor’s degree (pursuing/finished). A background in marketing, hospitality, or tech is a bonus—not a must.
