Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join a product-driven SaaS project and take ownership of the platform’s user experience and interface design.

This is not a purely visual design role. The person will work closely with product, frontend, backend, and technical leadership to understand complex workflows, translate business and user needs into clear interfaces, and improve the overall usability of a live platform.

The current stage of the product requires strong work on:

• UX analysis and improvement of existing flows
• UI design for new and existing features
• Data visualization and information architecture
• Design system consistency and scalability
• Collaboration with frontend developers for implementation

You will be working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment where ownership, autonomy, and execution are critical.

Key Responsibilities:UX Design & Product Thinking

• Analyze existing user flows and identify usability improvements
• Translate complex business processes into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows
• Improve navigation, information hierarchy, and platform usability
• Work closely with product and technical stakeholders to define practical design solutions

UI Design & Visual Consistency

• Design high-quality interfaces for a SaaS platform
• Create and adapt screens using Figma
• Ensure consistency across components, layouts, states, and user interactions
• Work with and extend an existing design system
• Design responsive interfaces for different screen sizes and use cases

Data Representation & Complex Interfaces

• Design clear and scalable ways to represent complex data
• Create dashboards, tables, filters, forms, charts, and operational screens
• Improve readability, hierarchy, and user decision-making within the platform
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible

Design System & Documentation

• Maintain and evolve the product’s design system
• Define reusable components and UI patterns
• Document design decisions, interaction rules, and component behavior
• Ensure design consistency across different product areas and client configurations

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with frontend developers, backend developers, and product stakeholders
• Support implementation by providing clear design specifications
• Review delivered interfaces and provide feedback before release
• Take ownership of design tasks from discovery to delivery
• Proactively identify product and UX improvements

Tools & Stack

Design: Figma, FigJam

UX: Wireframing, prototyping, user flows, information architecture

UI: Design systems, responsive design, component-based design

Product: SaaS platforms, dashboards, forms, data-heavy interfaces

Collaboration: Product teams, frontend developers, technical leadership

Nice to Have: Experience with AI-assisted design tools and product discovery workflows

Required Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
• Strong experience designing SaaS platforms, web applications, or complex digital products
• Advanced proficiency with Figma
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, interaction design, and information architecture
• Strong UI skills with attention to detail, consistency, spacing, typography, and hierarchy
• Experience working with design systems and reusable components
• Ability to design complex flows, forms, dashboards, and data-heavy interfaces
• Experience collaborating closely with frontend developers
• Ability to understand technical constraints and adapt designs accordingly
• Strong ownership, autonomy, and execution mindset

Project Context

The project is a SaaS platform already live in the market and currently onboarding multiple clients.

The product is in an active scaling stage, requiring improvements in UX, UI consistency, data representation, and feature delivery speed.

This is a product-driven environment, not a one-off implementation.
