About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join our team and help build and optimize products that directly impact the experience of thousands of users.

We’re not looking for a product manager or tech lead at this stage, but rather a hands-on senior engineer with a problem-solving mindset, motivated by conversion metrics, and comfortable working within multidisciplinary squads.

Depending on your profile, you could join our Financial or Academic areas, contributing to strategic initiatives with a strong focus on innovation and artificial intelligence.

Main responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize digital product solutions with direct impact on key metrics.
• Collaborate within product squads alongside engineers, product managers, and designers.
• Take ownership of solutions from ideation to delivery.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
• Participate in roadmap definition and propose data-driven, conversion-oriented improvements.
• Contribute to a culture of proactivity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer (backend or fullstack).
• Experience working on products with a significant user base (not just personal projects).
• Strong knowledge of backend development (ideally with experience in scalable architectures).
• Experience with React (preferred if you’re fullstack).
• Metrics-driven mindset and continuous product improvement focus.

Compensation

• Salary range: USD $4,000 – $5,500/month.
• Up to USD $6,000/month for exceptional profiles.
