Customer Success & Marketing Automation Specialist

We’re looking for a relationship-driven professional who combines the heart of a customer success champion with the mindset of a consultative salesperson. You’ll build strong relationships, ensure customers get exceptional value, help close and onboard new customers and help them grow their revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build deep, meaningful and trusting relationships with customers
- Guide customers through closing, onboarding and platform results
- Identify growth opportunities and confidently close renewals and upsells
- Translate each customer’s goals into measurable outcomes
- Troubleshoot simple issues and collaborate with tech support as needed
- Track customer health, retention and satisfaction
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, helping improve products and processes
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consultative Sales
- Working knowledge of Go High Level, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar
- High EQ and relationship-building skills, natural connector and teacher
- Track record of meeting retention or sales goals
- Strong communicator, both in writing and over video
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
- Ability to work remotely/from home
