FULL-TIME REMOTE - Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Description:

• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications, both front-end and back-end.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions that meet business requirements.
• Build dynamic and responsive front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular.
• Develop and maintain back-end services using .NET Core, C#, Node.js, or other relevant technologies, integrating with databases and third-party services via REST APIs.
• Architect and implement microservices and serverless solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in web development, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), and software best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize both front-end and back-end components for performance and scalability.
• Work within Agile teams, leading the delivery of high-quality, fully integrated solutions on time.
• Collaborate on system architecture decisions, helping to shape the development process and tooling.

To qualify for this position, you must have…

• 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, along with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Expertise in .NET Core, C#, and building back-end services with REST APIs.
• Proficiency with databases like SQL Server, NoSQL, or similar technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and familiarity with cloud-native application development.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and serverless computing.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks, unit testing, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

It would also be nice if you have experience with…

• Familiarity with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with modern API patterns.
• Exposure to the financial industry or similar complex enterprise-level applications.
