Novify is exclusively partnering with a well-funded crypto trading startup that’s building an intuitive, performance-focused product for on-chain traders. They’re now hiring a Senior Product Designer to take the lead on all things UX/UI from trading flows and onboarding journeys to design systems and visual consistency across the platform.

This is a high-trust, high-velocity environment where design is central to product development. You’d be joining a small, highly experienced team of builders and operators from the crypto and fintech space, and you’d work directly with founders and product to ship features that simplify complex DeFi concepts into clean, accessible experiences.

What they’re looking for:

2–4+ years of product design experience: ideally in crypto trading.
Proficiency in Figma, strong visual hierarchy instincts, and experience designing for complexity.
Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous startup settings with limited structure.
Bonus: Prior work on trading interfaces, dashboards, or data-heavy UIs.

Location: Miami (Hybrid preferred, but US remote for the right candidate)

Compensation: $150-$200K + equity
