Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to execute Novatio Solutions’ social media and brand communication strategy across selected channels, with a primary focus on US and EMEA markets. The role requires strong content writing, social media management, creative execution, and brand communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant channels for US and EMEA audiences.
• Plan and manage the social media content calendar in alignment with marketing and business priorities.
• Research industry trends, audience interests, and relevant topics across US and EMEA markets to develop engaging content around IT, AI, SAP, automation, and digital transformation.
• Write compelling post copy, captions, hooks, CTAs, thought-leadership content, and campaign messaging.
• Create graphics, carousels, short videos, and other social creatives using Canva, InVideo, and similar tools.
• Manage the complete content lifecycle from ideation and copywriting through creative development, publishing, and performance analysis.
• Manage end-to-end publishing, including scheduling, posting, engagement, and content optimization.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across social channels and geographies.
• Track social media performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
• Support brand campaigns, events, webinars, partnerships, and other marketing initiatives across target markets.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in IT Services, Technology, SaaS, or Consulting.
• Excellent content writing, editing, proofreading, and copywriting skills, with a strong understanding of B2B brand communication, content strategy, and social media best practices, particularly on LinkedIn.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to independently manage the complete content lifecycle from ideation and creation to publishing, engagement, and optimization.
• Experience managing LinkedIn company pages and creating B2B thought-leadership content for enterprise audiences, preferably targeting US and/or EMEA markets.
• Ability to create content that resonates with enterprise audiences, technology decision-makers, and business leaders.
• Hands-on experience with Canva, InVideo or similar creative tools, and familiarity with social media management, marketing, and analytics platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, HubSpot, GA4, and LinkedIn Analytics.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity for content research, ideation, creation, and productivity.
• Familiarity with AI, SAP, automation, or digital transformation is a plus.
