Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design, configuration, operation, and analysis of network simulation
 
experiments.
- Participate in tests and analysis utilizing network simulation and emulation
 
verification/validation models.
- Engage in software reviews with colleagues and maintain detailed project
 
documentation.
- Ensure compliance with government standards and regulations in all project aspects.
 
- Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes, providing viable
 
networking solutions.
- Participate in regular team meetings, contributing to strategic planning and project
 
reviews.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
 
- Familiarization with ns-3 models and at least two years of experience in computer
 
programming with exposure to network design/engineering.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science or electrical engineering, or
 
equivalent proficiency.
- Proficiency in C++, Python, and systems programming principles.
 
- Thorough understanding of networking and congestion control protocols.
 
- Familiarity with 4G/5G architecture and models in ns-3, and RF propagation effects.
 
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively presenting
 
information and responding to questions from managers and clients.
- Proven decision-making and multitasking abilities, with a record of accomplishment
 
of seeing projects through to completion.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
 
under tight deadlines.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
