Someone who feels at home moving between strategy and execution — from running campaigns and writing copy to managing tools and coordinating agencies.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Campaign Execution & Coordination: Manage digital campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and content. Ensure stakeholders stay aligned and campaigns move on time.
• Website Management: Update and edit content on CMS platforms like WordPress or GoHighLevel.
• Marketing Automation & CRM Workflows: Build/manage email sequences, forms, and workflows in HubSpot, GHL, or similar.
• Copywriting & Content: Draft and edit emails, social posts, landing pages, blogs, and web content.
• Project Management: Track deadlines and deliverables in ClickUp; collaborate daily via Teams.
• Agency & Offshore Coordination: Act as the main contact for agencies and offshore teams, ensuring alignment and timely deliverables.
• Client Facing & Strategy: Join meetings with CEOs and leadership, report results, and help shape marketing direction.

💼 You Might Be a Fit If You…

✅ Are fluent in English

✅ Have 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing (tech, SaaS, IT services)

✅ Are confident using WordPress & CRMs

✅ Are organized, proactive, and thrive managing multiple projects

✅ Have strong digital marketing writing & editing skills

✅ Can present results and discuss strategy with confidence

✅ Have Canva design skills

🔎 Nice to Have:

✨ Experience with U.S.-based companies or clients

✨ Familiarity with AI marketing tools (video, content, etc.)

✨ Master’s degree or background in English/Journalism (a big plus)

🎓 Bachelor’s degree required.
