About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Head cum Ads Expert who can directly contribute to revenue growth, client acquisition, team leadership, and business scaling.
This is not just an ads management role.
We need someone who can:
- Handle existing clients professionally
- Bring new clients through their own strategies
- Build lead generation systems
- Improve campaign performance & ROI
- Lead and overview the Creative, SEO & SMM team
- Think like a business growth partner

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
- Manage current clients and maintain strong relationships
- Bring new clients through networking, outreach, funnels, or lead generation
- Email marketing skills to generate and close clients will be highly beneficial
- Build lead generation systems for different industries
- Create funnel strategies & landing page structures
- Improve ROAS, CPL & campaign performance
- Support COO in sales and business growth strategy
- Lead, manage, and overview SEO & SMM teams
- Build SOPs and systems for the marketing team
- Develop recurring retainer-based marketing systems
- Create performance marketing packages for clients
- Analyze reports and improve conversion rates
Experience Required
- Minimum 6–7 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Freshers are NOT eligible for this role
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads is mandatory
- Experience in handling teams and clients independently
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead generation & client communication

Compensation Structure
- Completely Commission-Based
- No fixed salary
