Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Graphic Designer with a drive to deliver high-quality creative designs.

If you’re highly skilled in digital design, motion, and AI-powered creative tools, and you think in terms of attention, clarity, and conversion, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing high-performing social media content (static, carousels, stories, animations)
• Creating 2D motion graphics and kinetic typography and animations
• Developing visuals aligned with brand systems and campaign strategy
• Using AI tools (Higgsfield, Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Collaborating with content, strategy, and performance teams to ensure visual alignment with campaign goals
• Maintaining visual consistency across multiple accounts

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in digital graphic design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Strong experience in 2D animation and typography animation
• Deep understanding of branding systems and visual hierarchy
• Experience with AI design tools (Higgsfield, Midjourney, Firefly, or similar)
• Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to receive feedback and iterate efficiently

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, motion, and brand work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
