Nouvel Age Media is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to serve as the operational hub for our client accounts. You'll work closely with agency leadership to ensure projects are organized, stakeholders are aligned, deadlines are met, and our team has the visibility needed to execute exceptional work.
This role is responsible for building and maintaining project plans, managing timelines, coordinating internal and external communications, facilitating meetings, documenting action items, and proactively identifying risks before they impact delivery.
Think of yourself as the operational quarterback for every client account.
Your job isn't to create marketing strategies or execute every campaign—it's to ensure everyone else has what they need to do their best work. You'll partner with strategists, designers, developers, copywriters, content creators, and paid media specialists to keep projects moving efficiently from kickoff through launch.
Success in this role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of project management, marketing operations, account management, or client delivery experience within an agency or fast-paced marketing environment. They understand how marketing teams operate and excel at creating systems, improving processes, and driving accountability across cross-functional teams.

Accountabilities
Project Management & Operations
- Own project planning, task management, timelines, workflows, and resource coordination across multiple client accounts.
- Build and maintain project plans, briefs, documentation, and project health within Asana.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and blockers, and proactively keep projects moving.
- Maintain SOPs, project documentation, and internal operational processes.
- Continuously improve workflows and operational efficiency.
Client Delivery
- Coordinate client projects from kickoff through completion.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, recaps, and action items.
- Provide regular project status updates to internal teams and clients.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, approvals, and deliverables.
- Ensure client requests are documented, communicated, and completed.
Cross-Functional Team Coordination
- Coordinate work across strategists, designers, developers, writers, content creators, paid media specialists, and contractors.
- Ensure every stakeholder understands priorities, deadlines, dependencies, and ownership.
- Facilitate communication across teams and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, blockers, and resource constraints.
Marketing Operations
- Support campaign planning by translating strategies into actionable project plans.
- Coordinate campaign launches, creative production, website updates, content publishing, and marketing deliverables.
- Manage production calendars and ensure projects move efficiently through internal review and approval processes.
- Maintain visibility across all active client work.
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and team capacity.
- Prepare weekly project status reports and internal updates.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting dashboards.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of project management, marketing operations, account management, client delivery, or similar experience in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, writers, and marketers.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows and channels, including paid media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, websites, and social media.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Experience using project management platforms such as Asana.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high-quality work.
- Experience facilitating meetings, documenting action items, and following through on deliverables.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Passion for building efficient systems, improving processes, and helping teams do their best work.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience managing creative, website, content, or marketing production projects.
- Experience working in a marketing, creative, or digital agency.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other project management methodologies.
- Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, and workflow diagrams.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
- Experience with project reporting, resource planning, and capacity management.
- Experience coordinating remote and distributed teams.
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and project management workflows.

- Experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Asana, including custom fields, dependencies, automations, templates, dashboards, and reporting.
- Experience supporting marketing teams across paid media, email, content, SEO, social media, and website projects.
- Experience preparing client-facing project updates, status reports, and presentations.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms such as GA4 or Looker Studio (for project visibility, not campaign execution).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
