THE ROLE

This is a rare founding-team-level opportunity for a Senior Product Designer to shape the core product experience of one of the most ambitious sales tools in the market. You'll work directly with the founders — with real influence over product strategy, visual direction, and how AI capabilities translate into human-centred design. No layers. No red tape. Just craft at scale.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Design core features and end-to-end experiences that make complex sales workflows feel effortless and intuitive
• Work directly with founders to improve, iterate, and scale the product as the user base grows
• Shape product strategy and make key decisions about visual direction and UX across the platform
• Lead design projects from brief to build — running critiques, aligning with engineers, and ensuring high-quality implementation
• Create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for new and evolving features
• Tackle complex UX challenges at the intersection of AI capabilities and human intent
• Build a design-focused culture across the company and help establish processes that prioritise attention to detail and design excellence
• Develop deep customer understanding through direct conversations and close collaboration with support and sales teams

WHO YOU ARE

• Experience: Several years designing software in a product-focused environment, with a strong track record of shipping excellent work at pace
• Craft: A sharp design sensibility, genuine attention to detail, and real passion for the discipline
• Problem-solving: Proven ability to take complex challenges and create simple, effective solutions — especially where AI meets user intent
• Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with product, engineering, and stakeholder teams throughout the full design process
• Prototyping: Confident creating prototypes and high-fidelity visuals in Figma, including AI-native tools like Figma Make
• Systems thinking: Experienced working with and contributing to design systems
• Timezone: Based within GMT-3 to GMT+3
• Bonus: Hands-on experience with coding tools like VSCode, GitHub, and Cursor — this team works fluidly across design and development
