We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to manage communications and projects with our international clients. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) and strong expertise in creating presentations, designing visual materials, and crafting impactful messages.
Key Responsibilities
- Media Buying & Digital Marketing Knowledge: Possess knowledge of media buying strategies and digital marketing practices to support client campaigns effectively.
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for international clients, ensuring clear and professional communication through emails, virtual meetings, and updates.
- Project Coordination: Handle client feedback, relay their requirements to the relevant internal teams, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Presentation & Reports: Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and visuals using PowerPoint, Canva, or other graphic design tools.
- Creative Support: Design basic graphics and visuals to enhance presentations and documents.
- Feedback Management: Gather and analyze client feedback to improve services and maintain excellent relationships.
- Timely Coordination: Work during the assigned hours to ensure smooth communication and project progress with clients in different time zones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proven fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, and other graphic design or visual communication tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
- A well-equipped workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Previous experience in client relationship management or a related role will be an advantage.

Job Details
- Office workdays: Monday to Friday (5 Days); subject to periodic changes based on project requirements.
- Office working hours: 06:00 am to 3:00 pm (1 hour break)
- Office location: Work From Home (Remote).
