Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive lead generation and pipeline development across all marketing channels. This role will be instrumental in scaling our marketing efforts and directly contributing to company revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Manage and improve performance across all existing marketing channels
- Continuously refine our marketing strategy based on performance data and market insights
- Build and scale our affiliate marketing program from the ground up
- Work closely with our marketing team (graphic designer, video editor, website developer, content marketing manager, and animator) to produce high-quality campaigns
- Establish clear KPIs and reporting structures to track marketing performance
- Allocate marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with pipeline goals
Required Experience
- Proven track record in B2B growth marketing, preferably within managed services
- Strong experience managing paid campaign on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Experience marketing high-value services with long sales cycles
- Demonstrated success managing services with high CAC and LTV metrics
- Understanding of the US B2B market landscape, particularly in technology services
- Experience developing and managing affiliate marketing programs
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to campaign optimization
- Excellent project management and team collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within IT, telecommunications, or similar technical service industries
- History of successfully marketing services with $250k+ contract values
- Background working with US-based companies selling to other US businesses
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Experience managing and mentoring team members
- Experience in startup or scaleup environments
