- Plan and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.
- Create a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement.
- Write compelling and SEO-friendly captions, blog posts, and short-form content for social media.
🔹 Content Creation & Engagement
- Design and edit high-quality graphics, images, and videos using Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut.
- Film, edit, and publish reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts featuring Notary2Notary’s services, success stories, and industry tips.
- Stay on top of trending topics and viral content to integrate into marketing strategies.
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and engage with the Notary2Notary online community through polls, Q&As, and interactive content.
🔹 Paid Advertising & Growth Strategies
- Set up and manage paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads.
- A/B test different ad creatives and strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Track and report key social media KPIs (growth, engagement, lead conversions).
🔹 Influencer & Partner Collaborations
- Identify and partner with influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors to expand Notary2Notary’s reach.
- Negotiate partnerships and track ROI on influencer campaigns.
- Manage collaborations with notary professionals and industry leaders.
🔹 Analytics & Reporting
- Use social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) to track growth and engagement.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on social media performance and recommend improvement strategies.
- Continuously test and optimize strategies based on performance data.
Qualifications & Skills
✔ Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or Content Strategist.
✔ Expert in social media trends, algorithms, and best practices across multiple platforms.
✔ Strong graphic design & video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar).
✔ Experience in paid social media advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
✔ Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging captions.
✔ Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
✔ Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics & Meta Insights.
✔ Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
✔ Experience in influencer marketing and partnership collaborations.
✔ A creative thinker with problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
➕ Knowledge of notary industry trends or willingness to learn.
