Position: Growth Marketing Manager (Inbound & Automation)
*note: this is not a paid media role, it focuses on organic and inbound.
About not so creative
We’re a B-Corp certified impact marketing & strategy studio for sustainability and social-impact organisations. We help purpose-driven ventures grow, tell their story and scale their positive influence using smart marketing, subtle systems and strategic content.
Role Summary
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (Inbound & Automation) to design, build and optimize email marketing funnels for our clients - mainly B2B companies in sustainability and social innovation. You’ll lead CRM setup, automation, and performance tracking across multiple clients and help improve our own internal systems.
You should be autonomous, analytical, fluent in tools like Brevo or HubSpot, and capable of aligning technical execution with strategic growth goals.
If you’re the kind of person who can wire up a CRM, craft a nurture flow that converts, and spot funnel drop-offs from a dashboard - this might be your sweet spot.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and optimize inbound marketing funnels (from lead capture to conversion)
- Create and manage email automation and nurture flows (using Brevo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
- Set up and maintain CRM systems across clients (segmentation, tagging, tracking, lead scoring)
- Monitor and report on funnel performance (dashboards, A/B tests, campaign analytics)
- Coordinate lead-gen workflows with our content & strategy teams (LinkedIn Strategy, inbound campaigns, lead magnets)
- Support and improve our internal email workflows and CRM
Must-Haves
- 4–6 years experience in digital marketing, with 2+ years focused on CRM & email automation
- Proven track record generating B2B leads and managing inbound funnels
- Proficiency with Brevo, HubSpot, or similar email/CRM platforms
- English first international experience in client facing roles
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, inbound lead-gen, and funnel optimization
- Highly organized, self-managed, and fluent in English + Indonesian
- Comfortable working across multiple clients or campaigns
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in impact-driven, sustainability, or mission-oriented businesses
- Strong writing or editing skills for email copy (B2B tone)
- Familiarity with tools like Zapier, GA4, Looker Studio, or analytics dashboards
- Previous agency or remote work experience
What We Offer
- Remote-first role (ideally Bali-based, but open to anywhere in Indonesia)
- Perks & Benefits
- Flexible, async working style (trust + autonomy)
- Purpose-driven work with ethical and sustainable brands
- A tight-knit team that values clarity, systems thinking, and positive impact
- Potential to grow into a more strategic or permanent role over time
Our commitment
We’re building a team that reflects the world we want to live in: diverse, inclusive and thoughtful. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, identities and experiences.
