Role: Game Designer (Retention & Revenue Focus)
We’re looking for a visionary Game Designer who deeply understands what keeps players engaged—and how to turn that engagement into sustainable revenue. You’ll take the lead in designing high-retention, high-LTV game experiences across multiple social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the game design for core titles—from core loop to meta progression—with a focus on retention and monetization.
- Design gameplay systems, events, and reward structures that drive daily engagement and long-term player value.
- Collaborate with product, art, and engineering teams to align gameplay with business goals.
- Translate creative vision into detailed design specs, balancing fun with commercial viability.
- Integrate Web3 systems like tokenomics and digital ownership into game loops (where relevant).
- Continuously playtest, gather feedback, and optimize for performance KPIs (D1/D7 retention, ARPDAU, etc.).
- Stay ahead of trends in mobile, Web3, and social gaming ecosystems.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in game design OR equivalent portfolio showing proven success designing games with strong retention and revenue metrics.
- Deep understanding of game mechanics, player motivation, progression systems, and monetization strategies.
- Experience with live ops, F2P economies, and/or social mechanics is a strong plus.
- Web3 or token economy experience is a bonus, not a must.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passionate about games, metrics, and creating unforgettable player experiences.
